California Water Service (Cal Water) is the third largest publicly traded water utility in the United States. Cal Water has six wholly owned subsidiaries operating in California, Washington, New Mexico, and Hawaii serving more than 509,000 customer connections and generating over $400 million in annual revenue.
Since 2015, Osceola has provided program/project management consulting expertise to support projects strategic to the C-suite at Cal Water. This includes Osceola’s work with the cross-functional drought response team to manage the needs of the program across water supply/demand operations, government/community relations, customer service, conservation and both public and internal communications to achieve Cal Water’s conservation goals.
