Osceola Consulting won one of two Western Region Supplier of the Year (SOTY) awards from the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). Osceola is now eligible for the national award with the regional and national awards to be presented at the 2016 NMSDC Conference Awards Banquet on Oct. 26 in Chicago.
