Kevin Narcomey is President and Founder of Osceola Consulting. He is a former partner with Accenture and brings over 25 years of experience in management consulting, information technology, business strategy, solution development, solution deployment, large-scale program and change management, and operations management.
Kevin founded Osceola Consulting in March, 2006. As a Native American and member of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma, Osceola Consulting applied for and received certification as a minority-owned business enterprise (MBE) in 2007. Kevin has leveraged his consulting experience and industry relationships to actively grow the business as a leading diverse supplier of experienced consulting resources to the Utilities and Energy industry.
Bob Johnson is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Osceola Consulting. He joined Osceola in 2014 after retiring from Accenture. During his 30 years with Accenture, Bob specialized in program management of multi-year, large scale technology deployments and business transformation programs. He has extensive international experience through management of large-scale programs in Canada, Australia, Brazil, United Kingdom and The Republic of Ireland.
As Chief Operating Officer, Bob is responsible for the day-to-day internal business operations of Osceola Consulting. In his role as COO, Bob works to ensure the company continues to both meet its overall strategic goals and delivers exceptional value to the client.
John Tham is Senior Vice President of Osceola Consulting. John has over 22 years’ experience as a management consultant to leading Utility companies around the world. He has managed strategic projects and complex operations across the entire utility value chain spanning power generation, transmission and distribution, energy trading, retail and customer care, shared services, and IT functions.
As Senior Vice President of Osceola East, John heads up Osceola Consulting’s business and operations across the entire mid-West and East Coast of the US. He also led efforts to establish Osceola’s technology delivery center. Prior to Osceola, John was a Partner at Accenture, where over a 20-year span, his responsibilities included serving as a client partner and regional leader of Accenture’s Utilities practice for the Asia-Pacific region.
