Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), incorporated in California in 1905, is one of the largest combination natural gas and electric utilities in the United States. Based in San Francisco, PG&E’s 20,000 employees carry out the primary business involving the transmission and delivery of natural gas and electricity and related services to approximately 15 million people throughout a 70,000-square- mile service area in northern and central California.
Osceola was first engaged at PG&E in 2006 to provide change management and benefits realization services on the Operations Integration initiative with PG&E’s Energy Delivery and Asset Management organizations. Since then, Osceola has supported a number of technology related initiatives providing consulting services both directly to PG&E and alongside Osceola services partners alike.
In 2014, Osceola was selected to provide change management consulting services as part of PG&E’s Enterprise Change Management program that involved the establishment of a shared service delivery model for change management support across the PG&E enterprise. To this day, Osceola change management specialists continue to support this innovative initiative.
